About
Hey! I’m Himanshu.
I’m a lead digital designer with 5+ years in SaaS and AI product work. I care most about the unglamorous parts of the product: onboarding, pricing, dashboards, checkout, and the long tail of enterprise workflows — places where structure, clarity, and evidence either save people hours or quietly cost you trust.
Most of my shipped depth is on SEO Content AI, a full-stack AI platform I helped grow past $100K ARR, and on Intel, where I co-led UX for a $150K+ enterprise AI program delivered in nine weeks. Alongside client work, I founded and scaled Critic Design Community, a 1,900+ member space for critique sessions and honest design conversation.
What I’ve been up to.
I’ve designed 300+ screens across onboarding, dashboards, pricing, blogs, and landing surfaces — and built systems that made handoff faster (roughly 20% quicker design-to-dev on the AI SaaS side). I default to analytics-led iteration: Clarity, PostHog, and GA4 so we’re not guessing why a funnel misbehaves. Recent wins I’m proud of include cutting bounce rate by about 40% and lifting CTR by about 25% through restructuring and funnel work.
I also write for designers on Medium — read by 5,000+ designers each month. Day to day you’ll find me in Figma and FigJam, shipping in WordPress and Elementor, and pairing with eng in tools like Notion, Miro, and Trello. When I’m offline, I’m usually hosting or joining critique, reading about product and systems, or tinkering with side projects.
I wouldn’t be here without the help and support of others.
Thank you to the product, engineering, and leadership partners who trusted me with ambiguous AI and data problems — especially on the Intel engagement and across the SEO Content AI roadmap. Thank you to everyone who shows up to Critic Design Community; you make feedback a craft, not a performance. And thank you to the designers I mentored at White Label Resell — teaching forced me to be clearer about how I work.
